The lack of postpartum support is sad… many mamas need extra support after baby, and I’m here to help!
I’m a firm believer that the first 6 weeks should be a time of healing for mama, and it can take well up to 3 months for adjusting to life with a new baby.
I offer Postpartum doula services in the central Ohio area from the first 2 weeks all the way through the first year, because I know that mamas often need an extra hand, or even just an extra friend <3
POSTPARTUM SERVICES OFFERED:
Provide help learning and establishing a pumping routine*
Provide a listening ear night or day via phone*
Help with washing baby bottles/pump parts with Thieves dish soap
Pick up meals/ beverages/groceries and deliver them to you
Provide resources of education and support*
Support you in learning how to care for your little one*
Loan you a diffuser and oils to support you and baby
Newborn/Family photo session for just $100
*Virtual support offered as well
ADDITIONAL SERVICE OFFERED: Choose from Nourishing Postpartum meals that will aid in your recovery after baby arrives. They can be ordered and picked up at my home in Bellville, or brought to your home when you book a doula package.

Getting settled- Starting at $250
approximately 10 hours of daytime postpartum doula services, support, and care
Recommended within the first 2 weeks of baby’s arrival
The “O.G.” - Starting at $1,500 - POPULAR PICK
approximately 60 hours of daytime Postpartum doula services, care, and support
Recommended within the first 6 week of baby’s arrival
Fourth Trimester- Starting at $3,000 - Recommended
approximately 120 hours of daytime Postpartum doula services, care, and support
Recommended within the first 12weeks of baby’s arrival
More options for those who need extra support:
1/2 year - starting at $6,000 (a good option for first time moms)
approximately 250 hours of daytime Postpartum doula services, care, and support
Recommended within the first 6 months of baby’s arrival
9 months out- starting at $8,500
approximately 350 hours of daytime Postpartum doula services, care, and support
Recommended within the first 9 months of baby’s arrival
Full Year- starting at $10,000
approximately 500 hours of daytime Postpartum doula services, care, and support
Recommended within the first year of baby’s arrival
Pricing may be adjusted based on location and amount of services needed
The minimum amount of time required at each visit will be based on your location/services needed
“Hours” include time at your home, travel time, research time, and phone/video call consultations
Virtual Services will have required weekly check in video calls
Additional hours can be added for a fee as needed
