Vitality Oils

One of my favorite things about Young Living is that their oils are top-notch quality. They have a specific line of oils called Vitality oils, which are designed specifically for internal usage. You can add them to your water, food, or put them in a Vegetable capsule! I’m going to share some of my favorite ways to incorporate YL Vitality oils in our daily life…

Lime

We love adding lime vitality to our rice with a little cilantro to go with our vegetable bowls.

We have also made some delicious popcorn with lime vitality!

Popcorn

If you like popcorn, you can make some delicious popcorn with coconut oil and vitality oils.

My favorite is adding Thieves & Orange vitality oils! I cook my popcorn in coconut oil, then drizzle the vitality oils (About 5 drops each), maple sugar, and 1/4 cup of coconut oil over top. DELICIOUS, and always a big hit!

Peppermint

I personally love adding a drop of peppermint vitality to my water. It helps keep my breath fresh all day long!

You can also add a drop to brownies…. yummmmm!

Vegetable Capsules

These are empty capsules that you can fill with vitality oils to help reach your wellness goals. To give you a few examples, I’ll fill my capsules with…

  • DiGize Vitality when my digestive system needs a boost

  • SclarEssence Vitality when my hormones and endocrine system need some love

  • Copaiba Vitality when my body needs some natural support for inflammation

Lemon

My husband loves adding a drop of Lemon vitality to his water. (BTW- His new favorite is the Lavender Lemonade vitality drops!) This is actually a much healthier option then just drinking lemon water. Lemon oil has no acidity, and it also doesn’t have the yucky germs that lemons do! Lemon is also a great for detoxing, supporting your liver, and boosting your immune system!

Quick note about YL vitality oils vs. aromatic/topical oils... Although they are labeled differently for different uses, Peppermint Vitality and Peppermint (aromatic/topical) are the same exact oil. The only difference is the label.

This is just a taste of a few of our favorite vitality oils! I’d love to know what your favorite vitality oils and uses are! Comment below!
